PLACE: Cedar hills Golf Course / 10640 Clubhouse Drive, Cedar hills, UT 84062

DATE: Friday, June 2nd, 2023

TIME: 8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start

Registration between 7:00 – 7:30 am (No registration after 7:30 am)

FORMAT: Four Person Scramble. You put your own team together.

COST: $75.00 for 18 holes of golf with cart & lunch is provided.

DUE DATE: Registration due by May 26th, 2023

• Awards given to First, Second, and Third place teams as well as a Hackers award
• Several great door prizes will be given away during the provided lunch.
• Non Law Enforcement participants are welcome.
• Maximum of 36 teams, will see out so register NOW!
• Golf fees must be paid in order to confirm your spot on the roster
• No cut offs / Collared shirts are preferred
